Rigby’s Entertainment Policies

To ensure the safety and enjoyment experienced by all guests, we ask that you please respect and adhere to all policies listed below.  Individuals not adhering to these policies may not be allowed to enter or may be asked to leave the complex. 

Age Requirements

Guests who are under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a responsible individual 18 years of age or older.  Guests 13 years of age or younger will no longer be allowed to be “dropped off” at the Complex.    

Guests aged 14 to 17 who enter the Complex without an adult (18 years of age or older) will be considered “drop offs”.   All “drop offs” are required to load $20 onto a Rigby’s card on the day of their visit and check in at the front desk to obtain a “drop off” wristband. 

Management reserves the right to ask for proof of age.  If proof of age or grade in the form of photo ID such as a student ID, driver’s permit, license, or etc.  If acceptable proof of age can’t be produced, guests may be asked to leave the complex or call for a pickup.

Entering and Exiting the Complex

Drop offs will no longer be allowed to enter and exit the complex at will.  If a drop off chooses to exit the complex, they will be required to load an additional $20 onto a Rigby’s card and check in again or be accompanied by an adult. Drop offs coming from the parking lot or the hotel must enter through the front doors only.

Bag Check

Oversized bags or book bags will be subject to a bag check.  Toys, Outside food and drink, drug paraphernalia, any illegal substances, or weapons. If a guest refuses to allow a member of management to check their bag, they will be asked to leave the complex.

Curfew

Rigby’s Entertainment has a strict curfew policy that requires guests under the age of 18 to exit the building by 10pm even if they are accompanied by an adult 18 and older on Friday and Saturday nights.  This means that all activities and all meals should be completed before 10pm to allow sufficient time to exit the premises.

Loitering

Loitering on Rigby’s property or in the adjacent parking areas is strictly prohibited.  Guests found to be loitering will be asked to leave the property immediately.  This includes the area between the Patio, Waterpark, and hotel.

Dress Code

Guests are asked to adhere to the following dress code.  

  • Shoes and shirts must be worn while in the complex
  • Clothing must provide proper coverage that reflects a family friendly atmosphere.
  • Clothing should not display offensive language, images, or messages that may offend other guests
  • Clothing should not conceal a person’s identity or prevent their ability to see or hear things going on around them.  This includes, but not limited to: 
    • masks that cover the face (excluding appropriate barriers to prevent germ transmission)
    • Large headphones (excludes ear buds) only allowed on the skate floor
    • Hoodies worn over the head
    • Oversized head wear such as sombrero or sun hats
    • Non-prescription Sunglasses due to low lighting inside the complex

Food and Drink

Food and drink from anywhere other than Rigby’s is not be allowed in the complex or the Patio areas.   

Alcoholic beverages purchased at Rigby’s must be consumed at the Rigby’s complex and not taken into the parking lot or to the Best Western Hotel. 

Smoking and Vaping

Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the building or in the restrooms.  Designated smoking areas are located outside to the right of the front entrance or outside near the Patio. Anyone smoking or vaping must be 21 yrs of age or older.  Guests under the age of 21 will be asked to leave the Complex.

Valuables or Personal Items

It is recommended that valuables not be brought into the Complex or left unattended. Rigby’s Entertainment is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Disclaimer

Management has final say in all policies and regulations at Rigby’s Entertainment.   Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest for any reason.

Guests who violate the policies of Rigby’s Entertainment may be asked to leave the complex, may be suspended from the complex for a designated period of time, or may be charged with criminal trespassing and no longer allowed to return to Rigby’s Entertainment.
